Mrs South Africa offers married women an acclaimed self-discovery programme that aims to celebrate and further develop the skills of strong, talented and confident female leaders. Mrs. South Africa recognises the value of marriage, and the essence of being a “Bonafide” woman. The program was created for married women who would ordinarily not have such a platform to compete and be ambassadors for South Africa, on a global scale. The Mrs South Africa™ Beauty Pageant is open to married ladies between the ages of 25 and 55, with or without children.  The organisation provides women with an opportunity to invest in themselves and to play a part in bettering the lives of those around them.

Requirements To Enter Mrs South Africa:

Mrs. South Africa has been very conscious and supportive of the breaking of stereotypes that hold women back. Ageism is one such stigma that we want to shatter. Our acclaimed women empowerment program has become synonymous with strong, capable and empathetic women making a difference in their communities.

  • Female, between the ages of 25 and 55 in 2024
  • Be legally married with valid marriage certificate from SA Department of Home Affairs
  • Be in possession of a valid South African Identity Document
  • There are no restrictions on educational background, height, weight, or tattoos
  • No prior pageant or modelling experience is required
